We want to help you find the perfect occupant for your property, and this is why we use a specialised external referencing company for unbiased reporting including credit checks to guard against prospective tenants that might have adverse credit history and reduce the risk of non-payers. Meeting the prospective tenants face-to-face allows us to get a better insight into their circumstances, following up on any possible negative ‘red flags’ about their suitability as tenants.

We conduct regular property inspections as standard
